SweaJobb enters into a partnership with LvL Staffing Agency and strengthens its goal of becoming one of the leaders in labor market policy services in Sweden.

SweaJobb is the obvious partner for companies that want to run private employment agencies and take part in the advantages and synergies that public procurement within labor market policy programs entails. SweaJobb is part of the EHRAB Group and takes overall responsibility for assisting its partners with new procurements, strategies, and marketing regarding the implementation and execution of labor market services.

Earlier this year, SweaJobb and IdoWork from Borås entered into a collaboration with the aim of strengthening their position as Sweden’s leading player in labor market services. In order to continue the growth journey, SweaJobb now also enters into a partnership with LvL Staffing Agency AB and is thus present in 9 cities. The new partner has solid experience in recruitment and staffing, where they help individuals and employers to find each other and through that curb exclusion and work for successful integration.

“The new partnership is a strategically perfect match. LVL Staffing has a proven model for recruitment and staffing with a focus on students and to stop the exclusion in the labor market. In addition, the collaboration gives us an increased presence nationally as LVL Bemanning has operations in Eskilstuna, Västerås, and Växjö. This gives us a larger reach with our digital investment, especially with our job fixer app that greatly facilitates matching between jobseekers and companies,” says Daniel Niroozad, Procurement Specialist at SweaJobb Arbetsförmedling AB.

“It feels great fun to start collaborating with SweaJobb. There are clear synergy effects and we look forward to together establishing our position as Sweden’s largest digital platform for labor market services,” says Ezra Bayih, founder of LvL Staffing Agency.
